Cross Cross Reach, Easy Flat Abs


Just because summer is ending, doesn't mean the workouts end too...  Besides, Labor Day weekend is approaching! This workout is called the "Cross Cross Reach" and will flatten your abs in no time. No equipment necessary!

Position A (above): back straight, palms to the floor at your sides, legs extended out in front of you.
Position B (below): lift your left leg up, reach your right arm towards your toes- touch your toes!
Position C (below): other leg/arm!

15 reps each side; 2 sets- go!
