The Spiderman, Crawl Your Way to Fitness!

It’s the Spiderman! This is a wonderful exercise that builds joint strength and stability and also works your core! This exercise also works your arms, legs, and back! It can be done in place (as demonstrated in the photos) or done while crawling (as demonstrated in the video below)!

Doing Them IN Place:

Position A: place your forearms on the floor, elbows under your shoulders, and extend your legs behind you, knees on the floor, right leg extended to be parallel to the floor.

Position B: bend your right knee toward the outside of your right elbow. Hold & repeat.

15 reps; 3 sets- go!

 Doing Them While and Crawling:
